Conscientious Commonwealth voters who care about election integrity know that Acting Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid decertified Fulton County voting machines because she and Governor Wolf know independent examination of these machines and a full, forensic audit could reveal the true extent of election fraud committed in the 2020 presidential election.

The Coalition for Election Integrity urges Tioga, York and Philadelphia counties, as well as other PA counties, to comply with requests for election information relevant to the 2020 election and not be bullied by efforts to cover up fraud by Governor Wolf and Secretary of State Degraffenreid, since their threats to decertify examined voting machines in a county could mean increased expenses to replace those.

Each Pennsylvania county is responsible to their citizens to make sure the elections were conducted with complete integrity. All voting machines in every county should be inspected by independent firms not in collusion with the same actors who ran what many believe to be a fraudulent election in 2020.

  • Arbitrary changes in voting rules by the Pennsylvania Department of State directly contradicted Pennsylvania Election laws and ignored orders by the U.S. Supreme Court to segregate ballots.
  • Many ballots were counted at offsite locations with little or no outside observation or oversight, as required by law.
  • Governor Wolf and the Acting Secretary of State have refused to conduct any type of thorough investigation despite the concerns of millions of our citizens in the aftermath of the election and hundreds of affidavits alleging firsthand fraud, irregularities, and illegal behavior witnessed at polling places.
  • The citizens of Pennsylvania are not deceived by the so-called “risk-limiting” audit which consisted of a sample of only 45,000 randomly selected ballots from the November Election. Not nearly the type of investigation that was needed to determine any fraud, misconduct, or technical anomalies. This audit was conducted by the Department of State and did not include public input or outside observers. It was a coverup.

We agree with Senator Mastriano, Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, and Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward that a full forensic investigation is critically necessary for our Commonwealth for the sake of transparency and accountability. There is nothing to fear if there is nothing to hide. Those who have concerns about the integrity of the 2020 and 2021 elections will have those concerns investigated and hopefully addressed. Those who think that there was zero voter fraud, no irregularities, and that the elections were conducted perfectly will have the chance to be vindicated.

We call upon Commissioners in other Commonwealth counties and all Pennsylvania legislators to show backbone in standing up for election integrity or be exposed as being complicit with the Governor’s attempt to cover up fraudulent electoral practices.
