One Patriot With A Backbone Shows The PA GOP Establishment How It Is Done

by Charles “Sam” Faddis
January 28, 2022

In 2019 the Republican-controlled legislature in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania made a backroom deal with the Democrats and agreed to move the state to mail-in voting.  It was a disastrous move.  The 2020 election was marked by historic levels of fraud, and to this day major questions have never been resolved regarding who really won.

Ever since the white-hot base of the Republican Party in Pennsylvania has demanded that their elected representatives do the right thing and repeal Act 77, the bill that brought mail-in voting to the state.  Ever since the GOP establishment has employed smoke, mirrors, and other parlor tricks to suggest they were taking the demands seriously while actually doing nothing meaningful.

Undeterred Doug McLinko a county commissioner from Bradford County, Pennsylvania decided to take action. He filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Act 77 under the Pennsylvania state constitution.

Today the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, an appellate court with original jurisdiction in cases involving the state government announced its decision in McLinko’s suit.  They found Act 77 unconstitutional and declared it null and void.

Mail-in voting in Pennsylvania is dead.  The state will now return to in person voting in line with the desires of the vast […]

2020 Was Only The Beginning: 2022 Is The Year Of The Big Steal In Pennsylvania

by Charles “Sam” Faddis
January 12, 2022

In November 2020, Pennsylvania held an election. Pursuant to Act 77, a bill passed inexplicably in 2019 by a Republican-controlled legislature, the state implemented mass, no excuses mail-in voting. Decisions by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the partisan Secretary of State subsequently stripped out what few safeguards the legislature had bothered to implement.

The result was predictable. Opportunities for fraud were everywhere. One report, compiled after the election was over, found that the number of votes counted was more than 200,000 higher than the number of people who actually voted. Two hundred thousand votes somehow seemed to have appeared out of thin air.

No one in Harrisburg cared. Fourteen months later the legislature has made no move to return the state to in-person voting. An “audit” of the vote drags on with no discernible impact and with no clearly defined goals. Pennsylvania, it appears, intends to go into the 2022 election without fixing any of the issues manifested in 2020.As the Republicans slumber, however, the Democrats are moving with dispatch. What happened in 2020 was only the beginning.

In Pennsylvania The Fix Is In

by Charles “Sam” Faddis December 30, 2021

The Secretary of State in Pennsylvania has responsibility for overseeing the integrity of the electoral process. Or, at least that used to be the case. Now it appears that the job of the Secretary of State is to ensure that the Democratic Party takes control of all aspects of state government and to manipulate the electoral apparatus as much as necessary to make sure that happens.

Governor Tom Wolf is in his last year. Pennsylvania is in the runup to crucial 2022 elections. A court case challenging the state’s mail-in voting provisions shows every indication of succeeding and taking the state back to a traditional system grounded in in-person voting by individuals whose identity has been established. That development threatens the entire thrust of Democratic efforts in Pennsylvania, which have been focused on “broadening” the electorate and dramatically loosening controls on who can vote and how.

So, Governor Wolf has brought in the fixer, Leigh Chapman to be his new Secretary of State. In this capacity, she will have broad power to make the rules governing the next election. Chapman comes to the job from running a group called Deliver My Vote. Not surprisingly, the whole mission of Deliver […]

WI Sheriff: AG Refused Election Crime Evidence in March

Reprinted from article by  John B. Nevin, UNCOVER October 29, 2021

A press conference by the Racine County Sheriff’s Office accused the government officials in charge of administering Wisconsin’s election laws of breaking those election laws. The Sheriff and his lead investigator said that the state Attorney General’s office has known about the case since March but decided there is “nothing to see here.”

Sheriff Christopher Schmaling and the lead investigator Sergeant Michael Luell answered questions and presented documentation which is hosted for the public in a dropbox folder called ‘Election Integrity.’ That link was posted to Facebook along with the Livestream video of the conference. The documentation includes a complete timeline of the potentially criminal events and a slideshow presentation of the facts of the investigation.

The crimes relate to absentee votes by nursing home residents whose family members say they lacked the cognitive ability to cast them. Sgt. Luell investigated and found 8 such votes at that facility. “It’s already done,” Luell said, “They have committed crime after crime after crime.

It doesn’t matter who you vote for or how you voted or what side of the party line you are; this […]

SIGN PETITION for Statewide Referendum re REVOKING ACT 77/MAIL-IN VOTING in PA!

Senate Bill 884, initiated by Senator Mastriano, and co-sponsored by Senators Brooks, Hutchinson, Mensch, Pittman, Stefano, and Judy Ward, would enact a ballot referendum to repeal provisions of Act 77, which mandated fraud-ridden “no-excuse” mail-in voting in the Commonwealth. If passed by both the Senate and House of Representatives in 2 consecutive sessions, the referendum will appear on the May 2023 Ballot.

These ballot questions would allow voters to determine the following changes to election law: • Elimination of “No-Excuse” mail in voting • Mandatory deadline for mailed ballots to be received by 5pm the Friday before Election Day • Mandatory signature verification for all mailed ballots • Elimination of the permanent “mail-in/absentee voter list.” A sitting Governor will not be able to veto this legislation prior to its appearance on the ballot.

Since for many decades, mail-in voting has been known to provide rampant opportunities for election fraud, it is banned in most countries throughout the world. (For more info, see “Repeal Act 77” article.)

“What Arizona Audit Really Shows”

COMMENTARY BY Hans von Spakovsky

Critics of the forensic audit of Maricopa County, Arizona—including local election officials and many reporters—who are crowing that the audit confirms that President Joe Biden won the election in Arizona, either don’t understand the purpose of an audit or are trying to deliberately obscure the most worrying findings in the audit.

As a former county election official in two different states, I was involved in multiple recounts. Recounts almost always only show slight differences from the original ballot tabulation. The fact that the hand recount in Maricopa County matched the machine recount simply means that the computer scanners used to scan and tabulate paper ballots were working properly.

However, the key point all of the critics of the Arizona audit are missing is that a recount simply recounts the ballots that were cast—a recount does not investigate, examine, or review the legitimacy of those ballots.

A recount does not verify or check whether ballots were cast by registered voters who are actually deceased; who do not actually live where they claim to live; who cast multiple votes because they are registered more than once; or who are not entitled to vote even though they are registered because they […]

London Sunday Times:
“So Trump was right: the election was rigged”

The Sunday Times in London affirms what most American media won’t—that the 2020 Presidential election in the U.S. was rigged. Here is what columnist Rod Liddle has to say in his September 26 article (https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/so-trump-was-right-the-election-was-rigged-and-our-next-one-will-be-too-n0x3lv7fv#) , So Trump was right: the election was rigged. And our next one will be too:

Soon the public will wake up to something even more unpleasant and sinister: that the last presidential election was a fraud, rigged by big business, the labour unions and, more than anything, the media and the tech companies. If that election had taken place in any other country, it would have been called “unfree”. And, as more and more evidence emerges, it terrifies me that the same thing could happen here.

We already knew, even as Biden was declaring victory, that Facebook and Twitter had cut off Donald Trump’s access to the electorate. He was deliberately rendered voiceless. Before then, they — and the national media — had smothered stories alleging the Biden family’s peddling of influence and Biden’s crackhead son and his dubious business interests in Ukraine. False news, we were informed. Nope, not all of it was false at all, it transpired.

What we didn’t know until we […]
